Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please be guided of our Cancellation and Refund terms below. You must do this within 7 days after submitting your application.

A. Email [email protected] to request a cancellation or refund and we will assign you a reference #. Alternatively, you may also reach out to us by calling our hotline at 0917 234 5678.

B. Include in your email request the reason for cancellation or refund and the original receipt, invoice, or Order ID.

Cancellation and/or Refund Exceptions

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Permit cancellations must be submitted in writing to the barangay office.
    • Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the barangay authorities.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will be considered for cancelled permits.
    • Submit a refund request within 7 days of permit cancellation.
    • Non-refundable fees include processing and administrative charges.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
